Parent's Visit Visa Application

jeneesha

I got my application signed by the company HR personnel instead of company-authorized signatories.  Due to that, the visit visa application was not accepted by NPRA and requested any POA from the company to HR personnel. My company says they have been doing this practice for more than 3 years and this is the first time they haven't accepted. Please explain and guide it is compulsory to sign and submit company-authorized person's documents with the application.

Thank you

As per regulations, it has to be signed by authorised person. They were relaxed before, not anymore.

@jeneesha yes indeed, it has to be signed by Authorised Signatory. This is usually checked at LMRA and if they skipped then it will definitely be stopped at NPRA. Any government related transactions from Company must be accompanied by Authorised Signatory of CR signature.

@yusufsurface Thank you for the confirmation.

@XTang Thank you for your prompt response, another note can you explain is necessary to provide my (attested) birth certificate as proof for my parents? Several times I used the same birth certificate to apply visit visa for my parents. It is the first time that they have requested my attested birth certificate to process visa.

XTang

Yes.  Again, it is one of those things that used to slip in the past but now, no longer.

@XTang Thank you for your confirmation.
