Simple question, i plan to rent apartment for 6 months where i will issue CPR for family and ccome to apply to school

later i may change apartment based on school location, so my question

is there a minimucoleasing contract for cpr or family visit, also is it normal to rent for only 6 months furnitured apartment

Thete is no minimum stay period for CPR,provided apartments electricity bill is in your name as address proof, generally furnished apartments are not renting less than 6 month.

As above.聽 Keep in mind that if EWA is in NOT in your name then you will need a municipality letter.聽 And they usually reject contracts less than 1 year.
