Hi!Im Rica, I am a domestic helper. I need help in my situation.. My employer is originally from kuwait then suddenly they transfer here in bahrain and now I want to leave. Is someone know how is the process?

@logicalindian currently here in bahrain, actually here is the question. "Is it allowed to leave the country without the approval of my sponsor?" I am here as sponsor visit visa for 3months

On a visit visa, you can leave without approval.

My advice is that if you are going to leave, just get up and go.聽 No advance notice or warning or anything.聽 Some employers really play dirty when this happens e.g. they accuse a housemaid of stealing and then she is detained............and while the case is going on, you are stuck here without a visa and money...........and effectively become illegal.聽 Leaving this way is not wrong as you are NOT on a housemaid visa yet PLUS you are not supposed to be working as a housemaid on a visit visa to begin with.
