Hello. I have a question. If a person signed a contract with a company in Bahrain but the Work Visa was not yet issued. The company said they will do the Visa after staff join. If the person decides not to join this employer, can the company do anything to him? Thanks

You are not an employee till they issue the visa.聽 Simple.

Thank you for your response. The company said they can issue the work Visa after they get a teacher approval from the Ministry where they submitted the documents. So it is still the same, the person is not an employee till the Work Visa is issued , even if they submitted the documents to the Ministry for approval, and may not join if he decides so?
