Golden Visa as an employee in the KSA?

JBoxer_BAH

Hey folks,

So I'm toying with the idea of applying for Bahrain's Golden Visa in less than orthodox manor - leveraging the retired category.

I would love to get your thoughts and opinions; specifically

(1) Ability to become an employee in Bahrain at a later stage, and

(2) impact on an already established business.

Here are the facts:

1. Resident in Bahrain > 5 years

2. Own property valued < 200K BD

3. Currently CPR is on an investor visa for a newly established business (previously approved as an investor under property ownership)

4. Monthly Income that exceeds the 4000 BD requirement

5. I'm in Bahrain for > 100 days annually

What are your thoughts on this?

Theoretically you can get a golden visa as a retiree.  Some people have had success with it showing the 4000 BD Saudi salary. We have a thread where people are trying now and will update us.

@XTang could you please let me know where is the threat of communication regarding KSA employees applying for golden visa in Bahrain?
