HELP - anglophone looking for a job in Zurich

Hello everyone,
i am a hospilatity professional(20 years experience) trying to find work in Zurich. Unfortunately I don't speak German but do have decent French. I haven't had any luck so far. Any thoughts or suggestions?

French won't help much in Zurich - the local language is (Swiss) German. French is useful in the west of Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva, ...).
If you don't speak German, I'ld advise you to try your luck at a firm or institution with a clear international view. Local or national firms will all ask for some knowledge of German and tend to prefer people who are fluent in German over those who are not.

Thanks Twan, but as I'm not a banker or IT person the choices at the international firms is extremely limited - but I appreciate the reply
