I think accounting needs knowledge of local rules/standards to a certain extent. That's why many countries have certification bodies for accountants. Do you think being from the Philippines you'll have that knowledge? My own assumption is you don't. The rest of the answer is more or less obvious.

There are no monetary benefits or subsidies for immigrants as such unless you are a refugee. You can learn Swedish through government-aided institutes only if you are legally in the country and have your social security number. Health care etc is the same for all residents (legal residents not tourists).

There is no special advantage if you speak English because most people understand English well. But that said it has no special advantages because Swedish is the primary language.
