Not sure about finding a job on a visit visa.
Normally I would suggest going to Arbetsförmedlingen first ( ) which is the govermental agency thats supposed to help people get a job. But on a visitors (tourism?) visa I don't think that applies.
Other than that some online job databases such as monster.se or for that matter the one on .

To get a job in Sweden you need a work permit. 

And as you will read there, you need a job offer before you can get a permit.

Thats about the limit of my knowledge about the process.
I suggest you look for work listings for a Revisor (Accountant) in the online sites, perhaps in the local newspapers.  Then contact the person in charge of the hiring and talk about your situation. Perhaps send in an application with your CV etc first and then call them a few days later.

Ah yes,, Manpower.. Theres also Poolia and Proffice. Those 3 are the largest in Sweden I think.
