Best area to buy a house near Valencia

Hola to all!
We are a couple living in Germany right now.
We are interesting of buying a house near Valencia, we are thinking close to Torrent.
We are looking for a small house with some land (enough to have some citrus/fruit trees and a little garden).
Ideally close to public transportation.
Any recommendation for the location or advises?

LA LEiana is just in the opposite of Torrent.. Nice place though... Some clients have already rent and buy there...

Thank you for your replay. Yeah definitely the opposite of Torrent but we like the fact that it is close to l'Eliana. Not the same budget and land but we found maybe a chalet in our budget there.
