Finding a small affordable furnished apartment in Malaga, Spain

My name is Dan, and I live in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
I will be traveling to Malaga early next year for an extended stay. I want to find and reserve affordable housing in the Malaga City Center area.
Would consider a small furnished apartment, or even a room in a private home for up to a months stay.
