What region is better to invest and live?

Hello! As I have already written I`m looking for some ideas about the property investments in Spain. I`m going to sell my appartment in Russia and obtain property in some Spain region. Could you please advise wich will be better for my porposes. I have some offer in Valencia (), Costa Blanca () etc. But I don`t know is the price reasonable and what I need to choose.
In a couple of weeks I`m going to visit about 15 appartments that are fit my budget. But I still have no idea about the locations advantages.
Where do you live in Spain and what region is better to invest and live from your point of view?

What do you think about Malaga and Madrid.i have some聽 Spanish good friends who are looking for buyers .but I like the idea of costa Blanca too.if you want to buy property just to do business then I suggest to something else. I don't see quick profit response from property.

jeevan007, thanks for your answer! I`m going to have a look at regions you have suggested me. I treat this property as an investment, but I also plan to stay there for a while, so here's a complicated question. I'll keep up to date!
