Hello! Can anyone tell me how much it would cost to cement render a 80m2 wall and finish off with one coat of Capa Fina in Andalucia? What is the cheapest way of getting such a job done? I live in Ugijar near Almeria.

For an 80m虏 wall, cement rendering followed by one coat of Capa Fina would typically cost between 鈧�18鈥撯偓25 per square meter, depending on the complexity and access to the wall. That puts your total around 鈧�1,440鈥撯偓2,000.

To get it done cheaper:

Hire a local cuadrilla (small work crew) 鈥� they often charge less than registered companies.

Source materials yourself from local suppliers like Bricomart or Leroy Merlin; it can save up to 20鈥�30%.

Avoid peak summer when labor demand (and prices) go up.

Oh thank you so much for your reply!... I was expecting to pay about 2000 euros. I think i will have to rely on the builders getting the materials, though.Where in Andalucia are you? Julie
