I have worked and lived in Spain in the past but now will be returning on a non lucrative visa. Does anyone have a great Spanish Immigration attorney they can recommend? Thank you!

The NLV is pretty straightforward, and there is detailed guidance online. So it's very doable to do it all yourself (if you want to).

There are lots of immigration attorneys online if you want help with your application. Here's some info on the NLV from one of them.

We are moving to Spain in the next six months and will be applying for an NLV as well.聽 This mught be a silly question, but I can't seem to find an answer for it.聽

Can you apply for the NLV visa once you are already physically in Spain?聽 I know you can for a Golden Visa, but can't find anything about the NLV.
