Hi guys,
This is regarding issues I am having with my business visa D. To give a background I had traveled to Serbia last November and during my visit I came across really good business opportunity after some due diligence I appointed a law firm and registered my business as entrepreneurship and got the tax number for the same
While applying for visa I had attached all the required paperwork including copy of business registration results from APR
During the process the I also came to know that the local police who takes interview had approved my case but for some bizarre reason my visa D application got rejected
The reason that was given was ( there is a reasonable doubt that applicant might use the visa for purpose other then mentioned)
To which my lawyers have filed a legal appeal with in given time of 8 days

This time in appeal I have attached below mentioned documents

1) all the correspondence between me and my lawyers

2) correspondence between my lawyers and real estate angecy ( as I have already narrowed down the location)
3) all the versions of rent agreement changes and etc mentioned
4) while waiting for the visa to arrive I had already struck a mutual cooperation deal with a local business
So I have attached that agreement which is singed and stamped by the owner of that company
5) a letter from that business owner on the company letterhead
6) power of attorney which was notarised and apostilled in my country of origin
7) a letter from my family business ( as I am a second generation businessman) stating the that we are looking to set up manufacturing unit in Serbia and along with running my new business I will be doing market research for finding suitable company to partner up with to expand my current business

I am really confused with this whole situation can someone shed some light as to if I am wrong in my approach or missing out on anything

Sorry for the long post but I thought I had to explain the situation to get accurate response
