Hi You can find a small apartment that is in good condition and not very far from the city center for about 180 euros. Keep in mind that electricity and other utilities will cost another 40 euros.
As for work, Belgrade is full of restaurants and cafes, so you will probably be able to find the job you are doing now. This is a site where you can find some of the job offers.
