The first part of your question is entirely too broad to answer, not to mention that there is no single correct way to answer "how to move to Romania successfully".  One key part I think is however, to know the language as quickly as possible.  Yes, it's possible to get by without, but you likely will have problems.  Maybe others here have thoughts about this question.

As for schools in Galati, you may try .  If accepted to the university, you would then apply for a student visa.
