Tax on UK pensions if resident in Romania

Hi all,


I'm dual national UK/Irish, married to a Romanian and we want to move to Romania.

I will be living off two pensions from the UK.

I can see that on pensions there is both Romanian income tax and Romanian Health tax.

Under the dual taxation agreement, I think I should be taxed in the UK for income tax at 20% and can reduce the income tax for Romania accordingly.

But my question is will I have to pay聽 Romanian tax at 10% on top of the 20% UK income tax I already pay.

Or is the Romanian Health tax covered by the dual taxation agreement between the UK and Romania,
