Thank you. We have been to Lisbon many times and have already purchased our apartment.聽 So that is settled.聽 But we won鈥檛 move until next year. Despite knowing the city fairly well, there are so many things you don鈥檛 learn well until you are there, such as TRUE monthly grocery prices, true monthly utility prices, etc.聽

I have a decent vibe for restaurant prices and simple groceries but when we are in holiday we have only bought limited food in the markets and certainly have never paid utilities, or other monthly recurring things like that.

My sense was as you said - price estimates are likely maybe 5% too low, especially if they use data from several years ago as part of their 鈥渁verages鈥�.聽
