Hi All,

My son (30 yrs. old) is fluent in Portuguese & is considering making a life in Lisbon eventually.  If my husband and I buy a renovated apartment in Lisbon that would be ideal as he'd have a place to live. 

But firstly I am not clear about the property requirement; if we look at already renovated apartments do they need to cost at least 500,000 euro or more?

Secondly does anyone have a well-regarded law firm/attorney that they have used successfully to obtain their Portuguese Golden Visa and can recommend to me?
