Hi, I have a UAE driving license which I wish to change with the Portuguese one.聽 I understand that there is a requirement for the change, that is, 鈥媋 Certificate of the authenticity of the driving license, issued by the UAE Traffic Department, or consular services, indicating the categories obtained by the examination (and what type of test) and the categories obtained by equivalence.聽 Has someone gone through such a process with a UAE License and changed it to the local one?
