Renewal applications can often be submitted online through the AIMA portal, especially for those whose permits are still valid or have expired within the last six months. It may also be possible to book an in-person appointment at an AIMA service desk.

At the moment, the Portal is only available for TRC due or to become due between July and September 2025. If the date is later, please wait for the portal to open for subsequent months so that you can submit your application.
