Hi everybody!

I'm located in the Azores on the main island - Sao Miguel, working in holistic practices and sustainably, and with local community, many of whom are migrating nomads / expats. And right now I'm helping to set up a nice event for 23 August 2025. (we do one every month with a different theme)

This one is for the New Moon in Virgo and in connection with the rhythms of the Earth;  for those seeking pause, listening, reconnection, and inner balance. In this unique experience in the Azorean landscape, you’ll walk mindfully, create with what nature offers you, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in a sound journey that harmonises body and spirit.

Here are the highlights:

📷 Guided and mindful walk We begin with a silent or consciously attentive walk along an accessible trail. Each participant is invited to collect a natural element that represents them in that moment.

📷 Creation of a nature mandala & sharing At the end of the walk, we gather to create a collective mandala using the gathered elements — a space to sit, breathe, and share in presence.

📷 Breath activation & sound meditation We guide a breath activation practice (Chi Breath Activation), followed by a sound meditation using Tibetan bowls, wooden instruments, chimes, and other natural elements that blend with the surrounding Azorean soundscape.

📷 Herbal tea sharing To close, we offer a moment of warmth and grounding with a cup of herbal tea prepared with fresh, locally sourced plants.
