EU long term resident

frescura

Just want to know what the law says:

If a person is a holder of EU long term resident card by Portugal under article 125

he moves to another member state ( lets say Germany , ,for work purposes lets say 7 -10months and has also residence card issued by that member state(Germany) which was granted but after 7 months he moves back to Portugal)

i. If the person maintains his apartment ( paying rent)in Portugal whilst he was living for 7-10 months in the member state(Germany in this case), upon return to Portugal( and upon expiry of it) he comes back and starts to reside at the same address in Portugal

i. do you have to notify AIMA when you left and came back to Portugal. I understand this requirement exists for permanent residence cards under article 80 and for all temporary residence cards but unsure how long term EU residence card issued by Portugal obligations work.

ii . Does the long term EU resident card issued by Portugal even have your address listed on it?

iii. Third possibility, if the person comes back to another address rather than the one listed on his card, is it necessary to inform AIMA?

Thank you
