Apply for student visa but you have to pay the fees, Poland accept easily students around the world.
As jobs, try just big corporation like Accenture, Google, Microsoft, etc.

Do you have any fast and reliable link for the schooling in Poland

You cannot work while being a student in Poland and most companies won't take the risk of hiring someone who doesn't have residency.

There is no such thing as easy to get into Poland.

Go to the top of this page and open the Poland Guide found under Discover at the top left hand side.
Plenty of information there.
