Introduction to Bergen, for anyone

Hi everyone,

I was looking into forum, and noticed that some of you seem a bit lonely.

Considering this I have decided to cheer you up a bit by offering something. I am authorised Bergen and Hordaland region guide.

Please let me know if you would like to meet some people and explore the city together. I was thinking of providing you all who are interested with history of Bergen, with introductory tour.

Please let me know what you think about this idea.

Looking forward to meeting all who have decided to stay/live/work in Norway.

PS. my Name is Arunas, I am 26 years old. I am half-blooded Lithuanian Russian.

Looking forward to making new friends and helping out those in need, because I know how hard it it is at first in Norway. IT GETS BETTER!

I am not familiar with Askoy that well, been there a few times though:) It is more of a residential area, there are some nice neighborhoods there.

haha it seems you are the only one who replied to this post:)

I could provide a list of must-see locations in Bergen city though:)

I am new to Bergen and I would really like to know more about the city and meet some people. A list of must-sees will be really nice. So far, I have been in Norway in the nutshell and the Fort. We could meet for a coffee聽 in the city centre ??

Hi guys,

I am back, sorry for a delay in replying. My new job consumed more time than I expected.

Anyway, I have good news I have contacted people from this website and another expatriate forum and we will do a combined event, who knows how many people will be there but its gonna be nice.

Now we have to finalize the date of the tour. It will be either Friday or weekend (most probably the following one).

We could also grab a cup of coffee afterwards.

Hey everyone, hope you are doing well.

Well I am back and ready to do the tour.

How does Next week sound for you? I was thinking about Saturday, or Friday. about 11 in the morning, so that it would not be too dark and we could actually see a thing or two.

Please let me know what you think. I am thinking about 11am Friday or Saturday next week.

Hey guys, like discussed let us make it 11 in the morning near tourist information centre ok?

I will be wearing light blue jacket and black jeans.

And perhaps be with umbrella who knows haha.
