         Good afternoon, I just need an advice with my situation. I'm a filipina from cebu philippines. My husband a norwegian, we've been together since 2011 and got married here in philippines in 2017, our marriage is registered in norway.. We had 2 sons together before marriage. Our sons are both autistic and the eldest also had epilepsy. Me and the kids never been to norway once. And they're not registered in norway. My husband broke up with me last year. He said that he already filed for divorced, he didnt tell that we had sons together in his application according to him. I contacted the statsforvalteren. And they replied they didnt received any application from my husband. I just want to ask if I can apply for legal separation there in norway though I am here in philippines? I really dont want to get back with him,Ive been suffering for years of him being a verbal abuser and very calculative man. he dont treat us right. I really felt sorry for my sons. They dont deserve this. Now he got pissed because I found out the truth that he lied that said he divorced me.. And the worst part is he deny that we had kids together. He took advantage of our situation not being registered in norway. I already inquire the embassy. To register them or get them passport. I really need a consent from him since they're both still minors. He is not taking action about it..He use this as his condition because he wants me to give him the kids. my sons is my everything, they're not puppies that I just give away and just forget them. I really want to after him. I am just a stay at home mom, alone taking care of our sons. We had a son here that have medical needs and had maintenance medicine. He is not very attentive to my son's medical needs. Yes he does send me money. But he dont communicate with me well. I need an assurance that he will not cut his responsibility one day. He blocked me on all platforms. And I got hard time contacting him. He only send message thru email. And his family doesnt want to get involved. Im really very stressed over my situation. Sometimes I feel like giving up. He didnt call his sons for 8 months now. What can I do. He left us nothing here, no house, we are just renting here. Atleast he fix us here. I hope you can able to give me an advice,
