Hei hei! I have a question. I am a non-EU citizent and have been living in Norway for 3,5 years (I was a Masters student at Ntnu for 2,5 years, 1 year as a job seeker). I got accepted for another Master's program at UiB but UDI refused to give me visa for this program. That's why I have to go home in February, 2023.

My current employer wants me to stay and work for him. He said he will send me an invitation to work for him as an ethnic cook. I will go home and study to take the diploma and apply for visa as a skilled worker to come to Norway again.

Has anyone gone through the same process? Or has anyone applied for visa as an ethnic cook? Could you please share your experiences?
