I am from Chester & living in Maastricht unfortunately a little to far away from you & probably out of your age range for late night drinks & clubbing but coffee & chat fine.
I have only been here for a short while but I can imagine after 4 years I`d be wanting some British company.
I have joined some ex pats groups, Inter-nations & International Women's Club IWC) & have come into contact with a few people from England, perhaps try those they have some great activities !
