Sure, if your husband gets visa, doesn't matters which way, you have right to have it to by family reunification... so when he gets visa, you need to make application and that is it. papers will be pretty much the same, just with wedding proof...
Nemaja, I had to show it (the wedding documents) all over the world! In India I had to show it to the landlord too, to rent the house, you can imagine! ;-) Thanks a lot for the information.
