African hair type salon

Hi,

I have extremely curly/fizzy and thick hair and I used to go to African salons in Paris to make sure the hairdresser could handle my hair.
Now that I'm in Malta I can find only hair salons doing caucasian hair type.
Has anyone heard of African hair salons.聽 Thanks!

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I also need to find a barber that cuts afro hair as i maybe moving to malta. So if you happen to have any feedback on this that would be great.

There was an African salon in Msida (I think on Mr D'andria) if memory serves me right. I used to get my Afro cut there. There are also plenty of African women doing hair during the day in Paceville and l'm sure they'll be able to point you to salons where they work normally.
