The Lifelong Learning scheme set up by the Ministry for Education offer many different courses including languages., including Spanish.  Although next week will be the fourth week into the courses, you may still be allowed to join as this week two new people joined the Italian class that I attend.  You need to be resident to qualify.

Their website is     You can probably obtain their prospectus from your local council office.  The language courses have various different levels so as you already speak  some Spanish, it may not be too important that you are joining.  You will need to check that you are able to attend on the day and time given and the classes are three hours long, once a week.

The full description of each Spanish course is on page 33 and there are the codes for each class on page 101.

Payment for the courses range between €18.63 (18 weeks) €34.94 (32 weeks) and €46.59 depending on which course you take.  The main language course are the 32 weeks one.  Holders of the KartAnzjan do not have to pay for the first course they book each year.
