To be honest wth you, I doubt you would get a work visa for that job. Although English is widely spoken, you would also need to write and speak Maltese, the native language.

Apologies but I think it will be difficult for you to secure a job, obtain a work permit and move to Malta within a couple of months.

Before a non-EU citizen can be granted a work permit, an employer must provide proof there were no Maltese or EU citizens able to fill the vacant position. As SimCityAT correctly stated, you would need to be fleunt in spoken and written Maltese for a security role. Additionally you would require Security training & Certification from Malta Police Department.

In your other post you mentioned you have experience in hospitality and would consider a job as a waiter. For hospitality roles you are required to obtain a 'Skills Pass' beforehand.

Please be aware that jobs in hospitality can be quite low paid and the cost of living in Malta is not cheap. Whatever role you choose, it would be prudent to ensure you will have a net monthly salary of €2,000 minimum to live comfortably. Rent alone is around €1,000 a month for a basic apartment.
