Does anyone know of a good immigration lawyer? I鈥檓 an American who lived and was educated in Luxembourg for over 9 years as a child. I speak Luxembourgish fluently and have family there. Recently, I applied for a non-working visa and met all the requirements, including the financial criteria. However, my application was denied because my retirement income doesn鈥檛 come from a Schengen country. I believe there must be a way around this, and I鈥檓 seeking legal advice to explore possible solutions. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
