Brad, I watch your videos, you do a great job pointing things out that can best be seen in person.

I am buying an apartment in Sicily thru a “consultant “but because of the stress of not being on location I wish I had opted for a rental to give myself a chance on seeing things in person. My advice would be to find a rental which tends to be difficult if you just want to do it for 6 months or a year as some have that 4+4 thing meaning years not months.

Once my nightmare is over, I will compile a guide free for anyone who wants it, I have even offered to Íæż½ã½ã to make it available.

I have never bought a house long distance without seeing it in person and my stress level these days is pretty high. The deal should finalize within 6 months when I am there on location to sign the deed assuming things proceed without major obstacles. I am also lining up a real estate lawyer to review the preliminary contract at an additional expense.

In my guide I will explain my mistakes to warn others to avoid doing the same. I could kick myself already for some stupid stuff when I should have known better, one of them being having to pay my fee to the “consultant “ before this deal is finalized.
