Hello Mr. Vitnes,

Please note that you can find Philipin food in Hamburg at (it is rather a bistro and I haven't tried it out yet)

However, the one I have tried for Asiatic cuisine and would wholehartedly recommend is Man Wah Restaurant at Reperban in Hamburg, excellent food:

Curious why one a non-Filipino would especially look for such places? Many countries in Asia have interesting cuisine but the Philippines is not known for their food.
