Hi Shiela,

Wow,,That's good idea..Your the organizer for this gathering pinoy get-together in Hamburg.I've done this before as party organizer in Delhi India.Its really nice to meet some new friends(kabayan)and with their families.You should make plan and schedule 2 weeks in advance,So that they have more time to decide it..What you gonna do is..better to schedule at weekend so everybody are free to come..If you need some help for this..just let me..
