Ive got a problem. Im Australian and Id like to get an UK passport. My mom is Australian as well and my dad is British although the have never been married. Is there any chance to get an UK passport then?

In UK child is considered to be mothers and not Dad's so your citizen will be that of your mother. The only way you could be considered to get british passport is almost impossible.
In your circumstace you could only get passport if your parents were married before you were born or your mom get married to your dad and apply for british citizen and only whne your mom is granted then you may be considered.
How old are you anyway?

If one of yr parents is from the uk u can get a anstery visa it is a 5 year visa and after the 5 years u can become a perment resedent, maybe after the 5 years u maybe able to get yr pasport. It is worth looking into.
