Are you still living in Shumen? I am an American that just moved to town to teach English to the Bulgarian military for 9 months. I'd love to connect if you are still here. I live in the center, don't speak Bulgarian yet, and am on foot.

Google translate should be good enough for that. Otherwise, translating services are inexpensive here. Both to English and to French. Not a problem at all.
