Thank you for your reply.
My name is Alison, married to Ian, we are from Pembrokeshire in West Wales UK. I have lived here all my life, love Wales but the recent weather in this area has been very cold and wet so have decided to have a look at relocation to a sunny climate.
We hope to visit Bulgaria in June 2013 to look around the Burgas area as we love the coast and warm climate. Any other areas recommended would be appreciated, up to 1 hour away from the coast and airport.
If anyone knows of any good sailing areas as we like to dingy sail.

Thanks for the reply, yes looking at Varna also, do they have and good sailing areas there where launching is easy. Also are there any sailing clubs that you know of?
We don't want to live close to the city, were not city folk, like the quieter life, small village or town with supermarket, diy store, post office, etc.
The climate will be important to us so that is why the mountain area in the winter has put us off some areas, also a safe area is the utmost of importance.
Were open to all suggestions, look forward to all replies.

I'm afraid I cant really help you with regards to yachting launches etc. in Varna.
Maybe someone more experienced in these matters might be able to help.
I do know there are several yachts `docked?' close to the main beach, alongside the pier and that there are plans to build a marina.

Thanks for the reply, we only have a small dingy to launch from the beach or maybe a lake where the water is clean.
I have heard that there are many lakes near Burgas, but not sure if they are suitable.
