In Bosnia more than 70% of population speaks at least one foreign language :)

That is true with a lot of countries, but you are always best in knowing the local language and employers always insist on knowing the basics at least of the local tongue.

In  my opinion language is not a problem to contact with people, with respect and love we can know each other.
