Any suggest for the banks which widely found and offer online Banking service with international transfer that can offer opening Account before reach Belgium.

Hi,

No, you must be present for the opening of a Belgian bank account.

The only possibility in some exceptional cases is to have a bank account at HSBC (for example). You must ask the local branch to contact the Belgian branch to see if they can open an account under their own responsibility.

I do some search and found some banks already doing this already , my question is what is the best one of them in term of flexibility , ATM Spread聽 and online services.
