Your payslip aren't enough. You also must add your most recent annual tax sheet (avertissement-extrait de rôle) / certificate from the SPF finance about your future tax to pay.

It means that you must be working for more than a year before being able to apply for a family reunion, if you're the sponsor for your family.

The goal of the administration is to check the stability of your incomes and if you'll be able to manage your family on your own.

i am self employed since 2014 ...in 2019 i have all months salary slip and also in 2018 i have all months salary slips but i missed december2018 salary slip
what can i do ?

oh you're self-employed, so it's REALLY different and more difficult.
You will need to add a LOT more papers! Both you and your company!


Give 2/3 years of financial proofs:

* annual tax sheets
* corporate executive pay slips (payslip 281.20 + acknowledgment of receipt from the SPF Finances)
* proof that all your social contribution are paid (ONSS / ...)
* the amount of the withholding tax, or the exemption of this payment (précompte professionel)
* any document meant to be used to calculate your tax
* bank account statements
* any document to proof you've a stable job, stable money on your bank account (+ your company as well) and that you're job is safe (that you won't be unemployed soon: contract / orders / ...)
* annual balance sheet, payment of social contributions, accounting certificate, pay slips, bank account statements, ............. (bilan annuel, paiement des cotisations sociales, attestation comptable, fiches de rémunération, extraits de compte bancaire, ...)


Be careful, that a lot of self-employee requesting visa for their family are often denied because they "forgot" one paper...
You should strongly consider asking help to make sure you didn't forget anything!
