Business partnership in Tirana

Hi all,

I'm an Albanian that have been living in the UK for past 8 years and I'm thinking of opening a business in Albania. I think is the great time to invest there.

I'm considering opportunities to invest in:

1- recruitment
2- It and web development

I have good knowledge on 2 but not much on 1.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

Could you provide us with more information regarding:

1) Your current experience in the IT/Web Development sector
2) Business/partnership expectations
