You don't have to be stressed.  Yes your documents should be translated in the Albanian language by an official translater. Regarding your documents both birth and impediment certificate should have apostile stamp. Happy marriage and best wishes

You could do that in Albania for the cist of about £20.
If you guys are planning to settle in UK make sure you check the latest UK immigration rules and requirements. If and when submiting paperwork it would be best if you do it through a UK solicitor firm specialised in immigration. It mights cost a bit but worth every penny.
P.s. I am assuming your soon to he husband does have British citizenship

Hello, yes you should have it translated into Albanian by an officially approved translator in Albania. There are only a number of translators that are recognized by the courts so make sure the one he goes to here in Albania is an "official" translator English/Albanian translator, they are usually notaries because it will have to be notarized as well. All documents presented should be in Albanian, also, it should have an apostille. Good luck!

Am I right in thinking an apostilled copy of my passport, a CIN and birth cert is all that is required?
I then get these docs notarised and translated in Alb and that's it?
