can i enter montenegro thru albania for business purpose?

hey,i am a indian citizen...i am planning to open a business in montenegro...i am going to albania by the year end..i wanted to ask...if it is possible for me to travel to montenegro and open a business from albania...will it be possible?
any details regarding the procedure will be helpful..thanks

Hi there.

You definitely can do business through Montenegro, through Albania or vice versa. How it is possible?
By registering an International license of trading/business you have the right to open several branches where ever you want just using only one license. I personally did this with France-Albania, so you can do as well.
It is up to you to decide the way and the time.
