Shipping items purchased from a Chinese company alike IEMU or Alibaba

Now that the USA is imposing tariffs on smaller items from Chinese sellers, I need a way to ship through intermediate shipping companies that have hubs outside the USA! Do you have any suggestions?

As for getting around tariffs, you would have to know the cracks in their system.聽 One problem you potentially face is legal proceedings as you might very well be doing something illegal.
