Renting in Dorado

Realistically... how difficult is it going to be to rent an unfurnished, but with appliances, house in Dorado with three dogs?

Our budget is pretty healthy... main concern is the dogs.聽 A lab (13 years), Eng Bulldog (10 yrs) and Boston Terrier (7 years).

The lab might not be with us by the time we move (planning for March 2018) but I need to plan for it in case he is.

We are planning to rent for at least three years before deciding our next move... stay in PR or return to the mainland.

Not everyone allows pet on a rental property, so that may reduce your choices.
Most dogs do not eat concrete so I do not see why, but people are people.

Is throwing money at the issue an option, do you think?聽
I don't want to insult anyone but it has worked in the past.

Also, would rental references help or do they not care about that?

Rental references could help if they could read it or bother to.
But a nice large security deposit may do more. An agency or company may be rigid than a regular landlord.
Every landlord is different, find a place first before you head to the island.

You could just make phone calls, then come to the island when you are down to say ..... 5 possible places and if you like them then select which and sign the papers, then return to the states and do the actual move.
