Looking for long term rental Aug 1

We are currently聽 renting in Puntas. My landlord聽 is raising my rent by $600.
I paid three months in advance @聽 $1,200.00 when we arrived along with a $1,200.00 dep聽 I am looking for a two bedroom condo, furnished with wifi and all bills Paid in Rincon.
I need a one year lease with option to renew. Perfect tenant, just myself and my son. Prefer close to beach with all bills paid Budget is flexible聽 depending on property/location .

Prefer gated condo complex.

Need by August 1

Yes, outrageous. It is a beautiful complex but not worth聽聽$1800 a month.
I paid 3 months in advance and a $1200 dep when I rented here.
My 3 months are up on Aug 4th.
I think I may have found a place at Ensenada聽 del聽 Mar
