Hello everybody

Intrigued by some friends I am interested to invest and -maybe- buy some land in Coronado Beach area. Am looking for any expat having direct experience in real estate business in this area.
Pros and cons are very well accepted.
Can foreigners own land in Panama?

Foreigners can buy and have exactly same rights as natives in Panama. Probably as a foreigner you will be asked "gringo prices" but it is matter of recognize and accept the real value.
Real estate business should be only for licensed Panamenians but... there are many expat owner of broker agency those works locally under a Panamenian broker permits.
