Dog/cat leash

Good Morning, I forgot to bring a leash for my cat \for walks - exercise. a leash with a jacket type wrap around, holes in the front for her legs, and then wraps around and stays in place with velco closures. They make it for small dogs, but I use it for my 13 lb cat. Does anyone know where I can buy one ? I'm in puerto plata area. I know jumbo, la sirena, etc doesn't have anything like this for pets..
